The controller of the personal data collected through the aDios app is the entity that owns the application (hereinafter, “aDios”), whose contact details are shown in the Legal Notice available in the app and on the official website.
For any question related to this Privacy Policy or to the processing of personal data, please use the contact email indicated in the app.
2. Personal data we collect
When you use aDios we may collect the following personal data:
- Identifying data: name or alias, email address and age.
- Data related to the grief process: type of loss and personal situation voluntarily shared by the user.
- User-generated content: messages in groups, entries in the personal journal, exercises, reflections and any other contributions made inside the app.
- Technical and usage data: information about the device, sessions and logs required for the app to function.
- Payment data: when a subscription or additional service is purchased, payment data is processed by external payment providers. aDios does not directly store full card details.
3. Purpose of the processing
Personal data is used to:
- Manage the user account and provide access to the app.
- Enable use of the support groups, content and personal tools.
- Personalise the user experience.
- Manage subscriptions, payments and renewals.
- Maintain the security and correct functioning of the app.
- Comply with legal obligations.
aDios does not use personal data for third-party advertising and does not sell personal data to third parties.

The processing is based on:

This Policy may be updated to reflect legal changes or improvements to the service. Any change will be communicated through the app.
Continued use of aDios after such changes implies acceptance of the new Policy.
